What Happens After I Make A Purchase?
You will be given a link directly after the checkout process has been completed and you will also receive a confirmation email containing a link to the files for download.
If for some reason you are not directed to a link or you do not receive an email , please just email us at support@platinumsoundsets.com and we will take care of any issues you have. With today's spam filtering systems in place everywhere sometimes confirmation emails do not make it to the recipient so check your spam box as well.
What Do I Do Once I Have Your Sounds?
Directly after you complete the checkout process, you will be given a link to a file to download. This file contains the download locations for your products. All you have to do is copy and paste the link into your browser to begin the download.
